The local SimCorp market unit provides the implementation team, which is made up of specialists from either the local unit or SimCorp headquarters. Ideally, the client team consists of 100% allocated specialists with the power to make decisions.
The implementation plan is based on a standard approach that encompasses analysis, implementation and test phases. The project is successfully concluded when the client enters into production. This also signals that the client is handed over to the local support unit, who assigns an account manager.

Customer SupportDaily communication between the client and SimCorp takes place via the Customer Support WEB portal, which provides documentation, updates and the possibility to follow up on change requests. The local market unit provides first-line support; they are backed up by central headquarter’s second-line support.
