General terms and conditions

Please see below our general terms and conditions for enrolment on our courses in Copenhagen. Please note that there are country-specific terms and conditions governing training outside of Copenhagen. Please see terms for each SimCorp unit at the links to the right or contact your local SimCorp training provider.

Enrolment

Please be aware that all enrolments are subject to approval by SimCorp. This is to ensure that you, as a client or a business partner, attend the training most suited to your needs. Your enrolment is therefore only confirmed when you receive a confirmation by email, typically within 3 business days.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are accepted by email until two weeks before start of a course, and the fee will be refunded in full.

For cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the start, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

If you are unable to attend a course, you may send a substitute from your company, upon written notice not later than one day prior to course start.

SimCorp reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the published programme due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all fees will be refunded. We generally require a minimum of six participants to conduct a course.

Course fees

The fees for courses held in Copenhagen are listed in the course catalogue. For courses held outside Copenhagen, please contact the appropriate local training facility at the email address below.

The cost of training will be invoiced approximately four weeks prior to the course, and terms of payment are two weeks prior to course start.

Accommodations
