SimCorp GmbH ranks among the "Best Workplaces in Europe 2009"

With a very good result in the national benchmark competition in February, SimCorp GmbH had qualified for the European awards and now came in a fine no. 16 among the companies with 50 - 500 employees. In total, 1.350 companies in 17 European countries participated in the Great Place to Work national benchmark competitions 2008/2009.

However, receiving one of the five special awards, which represent the dimensions used by GPtW, i.e. credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie (team spirit), is an amazing success. The special award for "team spirit - we have fun" is a special recognition for best practices in building team spirit and thus an outstanding success: The SimCorp GmbH team showed the strongest team spirit among the 1.350 runners-up in the European competition. This means that we are good at celebrating successes together, but it also means that we are good at integrating new employees and supporting each other in our daily work.
