Policy for electronic communication

SimCorp has decided to use electronic communication with its shareholders registered by name. This allows the shareholders to currently receive relevant information from SimCorp electronically.

At the same time it allows SimCorp to swiftly forward substantial and relevant information about the company to the shareholders. All general messages will also be available from the company’s website, www.simcorp.com.

SimCorp’s ordinary Annual General Meeting 2010 with be the last meeting to be called on paper.

Procedure
We ask you as a shareholder to register your email with us. In this way you have the possibility to receive invitations to General Meetings, Company Announcements from SimCorp to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, annual reports etc. via email. If you register your email you may also choose to receive press releases from SimCorp via email. Your email address is registered by clicking the following link and follow instructions on the InvestorPortal. On the InvestorPortal you may also choose exactly the type of information you want to receive electronically from SimCorp. If you change email address it is your responsibility to change it on the InvestorPortal too. Once you have registered your email address you will only receive information from the company electronically.

System requirements
As a means to electronic communication SimCorp uses InvestorPortalen, supplied and run by VP Investor Services. The system offers a high level of security for the recipient of electronic information from SimCorp. Any email you receive from SimCorp on the email address you have registered, will only include general information, available to the market. Information that is specifically for you as a shareholder or of sensitive nature (e.g. including number of shares, voting rights at the General Meeting or the like) will only be available by logging in to the InvestorPortal with your personal login, either net-ID from your net bank or by creating a VP user on the InvestorPortal.
