The interviews
The interview will give you an impression of the job and an insight into whether SimCorp is the right place for you to work. At the same time it is our chance to assess your qualifications in relation to the specific position and determine whether there is a match between you and SimCorp - our corporate culture, norms and values and the team in which you will work.
We usually conduct a first interview with the recruiting manager and the HR manager. The second interview is conducted by the recruiting manager and the Managing Director. The right candidate will receive a job offer. We always aim at a swift process which is of mutual benefit to all parties involved.
